SALES ASSOCIATE (2 POSTS BASED KUCHING)

Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the Sales & Marketing department runs smoothly
  • Develop sales strategies & conducting market research to identify new revenue opportunities
  • Assist to organizing promotional material or events for our online website & offline channels or any ad-hoc job assigned by management
  • Track ROI for marketing campaigns & keep organized records of marketing metrics & results of past campaigns
  • Network with industry experts & potential clients to drive brand awareness by joining social media groups & professional platforms to discuss industry-related topic
  • Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, prepare & filing important commercial documents, update database in CRM System & communicating relevant information
  • Store & sort financial & non-financial data in electronic form & present reports
  • Handle the processing of all services & orders with accuracy & timeless to ensure the adequacy of sales-related documents & work coordination smoothly
  • Fast respond to enquiries from clients via phone class/emails & give after-sales support when requested
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings & propose improvements
  • Ensure adherence to business process flow & policies

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in Business Admin., Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Engineering, IT or relevant field with proven working experience as Sales/Marketing Associates or similar role
  • Strong business acumen with ability to sell solutions, adherence to marketing reporting & maintaining CRM Systems, Capable of creating & cultivating relationship inside accounts
  • Proficiency in MS Office, solid computer skills,including MS Excel
  • Excellent presentation & analytical skills & written communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Well-organized & responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving, able to converse with managers at all levels, work in a team environment, self-motivated & willing to travel
  • A team player with high level of dedication & self-motivated with a goal-oriented attitude

PLANNING/PROJECT ENGINEER (1 POST BASED KUCHING & 3 POSTS BASED MIRI)

Responsibilities:

  • Undertake project planning & scheduling engagements at client locations
  • Perform project controls requirement as per client’s project contract requirement
  • Ensuring plans meet the client’s specifications
  • Making estimations for timescales & costs
  • Supervising the project at all stages & providing solutions to problems
  • Collaborating with site managers, surveyors, engineers, site worker & other’s professionals
  • Organizing the procurement strategy
  • Ensuring procedures are crried out safely
  • Recognise & modify plans arising from the impact of variations
  • Assist with improvements in planning standards, procedures, processes, & systems
  • Advise & assist all users & sponsors of the plans, including process owners
  • Production of “what if” scenarios & ad-hoc plans as required
  • Provide mentoring to clients or end users in product software & project management methodologies
  • To assist, educate & lead junior planner in skill & quality development
  • To provide upmost support to aftersales operation & requirement
  • Conduct software product & project management training courses
  • Install & configure product software to suit the clients requirement
  • Provide support & execution on project planning & monitoring in 4D BIM for construction

Requirements:

  • Candidates must posses at least Bachelor degree, Professional degree in engineering field or similar
  • At least 2 years experience in project related field
  • Experience in the use of Primavera P6 or equivalent planning software
  • Knowledge of 3D related software will be added advantage
  • Pro-active in learning new products & services. Understand project management methodologies
  • Able to work in a team environment but is a self-starter
  • Converse at all management levels & confident at presenting to large audiences
  • Preferably based at Miri

DESPATCH CUM OFFICE BOY

Responsibilities:

  • To dispatch documents or any banking duties.
  • Must be responsible, discipline independent, honest and trustable and able to work under pressure
  • Possess good time management skills
  • To assist in any other ad-hoc task when required by management

Requirements:

  • Candidate must have minimum SPM or equivalent
  • Possess own Motorbike
  • Candidate must possess a valid driving license
  • Good driving records
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in dispatch cum office boy
  • Good communication in English & Bahasa Malaysia is a must. Mandarin will be advantage.

ACCOUNT CUM ADMIN EXECUTIVE

Responsibilities:

  • To process day to day finance and accounts, debtors, creditors and administration tasks and assisting in payment collection
  • Strictly familiar with full set accounting duties including billing, invoicing, recording and filing
  • Complete bank reconciliation to ensure no discrepancy in banking
  • Preparing monthly closings reports & financial statements to management
  • Familiar in year end audit income tax computation report, preparing budget and forecasts
  • Compile and maintain record of business transaction and organization of filling system
  • To view and checking that daily accounting entries are accurately captured in the computer system
  • To ensure all the relevant statutory and accounting report are accurately completed and submitted in time
  • Familiar with the HR policies includes recruiting and staffing, benefits, compensation, employee relations, HR compliance, training and development
  • Dealing with relevant authorities/ government agencies to handle registration or license for the company
  • Well-verse in English for all correspondence via email or documentation
  • To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required
  • Payment of intercompany local/oversea suppliers and partners

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a LCCI, Professional Certificate / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 2-3 years relevant working experience and possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures
  • Strictly full knowledge of handle full set of accounts
  • Knowledge of SST
  • Meticulous, articulate, confident, independent, problem solver and mature personality
  • Familiar with accounting standards, tax laws, and filling procedure
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices of financial reporting
  • Ability to handle sensitive, maintain confidentiality and high integrity
  • Computer literate and have experience in using Accounting System (preferable AutoCount software)
  • Possess own transport and able to travel when required
