The first package of the Beluru Road construction to benefit the continuous future development for Beluru region located at Norther part of Sarawak being awarded to Empayer Megah Sdn Bhd. PCSS being appointed as the Project Planning & Control consultant to advise and monitor the execution of the 36 months construction. Being located 2 hours drive from the nearest township, the project required an optimization on the detail planning and coordination to ensure sufficient communication and instruction for a sustainable execution practice of the project execution.
One Senior Planner and 2 Junior Scheduler being deploy to develop the masterwork program through the application of JKR Sarawak Standard requirement – Primavera P6 Software. The whole construction phase from Engineering, Procurement and construction information being compile and populated in the Construction schedule. Continuous project schedule review on monthly basis to ensure the implementation of the work is progressing in the best of project interest. Monthly progress measurement and report will be generated for respective stake holder to ensure sufficient reporting distribution through an integrated reporting system. One of the major task was to ensure project controls document such as resource histogram, reporting and material control system fully develop according to industry standards and verify by the client project.
